C20-check Process of an Aircraft Completed in the Country

KABUL (BNA) The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation (MoTCA) has confirmed about completion of a Airbus C20-check process inside the country.

In a statement, the ministry said the C20-check process of Ariana Afghan Airlines’ Airbus A310-300 aircraft, which had been previously was taken to outside of Afghanistan for $1.3 million, Now, under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation, the technical and professional team of Ariana Afghan Airlines has completed the project in 28 working days at a cost of approximately $200,000 by international aviation standards inside the country.

The ministry illustrated the process as “phenomenal and a leading success in Afghanistan and the country’s aviation industry.”

It should not be forgotten that to carry out this technical inspection of the aircraft, need to be shipped from the airport to a different checkpoint.

It must be said that Airbus 310 is usually checked after two years, and Boing 737 is checked after one year.
