Kabul (BNA) Prof. Mohammad Rassoul Bawari, the minister of information and culture vowed to repair the country’s historical monuments, particularly of the ancient Bamyan, BNA reported the other day.
During his meeting with Bamyan governor, Taher Zahir, Minister Bawari heard reports about the destruction and wreckage of the monuments in Bamyan and said construction of the country’s historical monuments, particularly in Bamyan province was at the top priorities of the ministry’s programs, said the agency.
The minister also expressed his support to the magazine ‘Feature of Bamyan’ and said reiterated on the holding of the scientific and research seminar and the cultural week in the province, said the agency.
According to another report, the minister also attended a meeting of Child Literature National Committee Complex and said that the related organs should work hard in the field of child literature.
He said they should share their experiences in this field to create the complex of child literature.
