Gardiz (BNA) 26 armed oppositions were killed in Paktia province yesterday.
Lt. Fazel Khoda Ibrahimkhail spokesman of Thunder 203 army corps told BNA, the insurgents were killed in air and ground raids in Bakwa, Kotikhail, and Hastogan regions, Zormat District of that province.
Mullah Daud, in charge of Taliban military commission, Mullah Akhtar Ghani and Mullah Sayeed were also among the dead.
He added, three other insurgents have been wounded and two vehicles of them have been demolished.
Another report says, three armed Taliban were killed in Ghazni province yesterday.
