Kabul (BNA) Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, worn municipality workers’ uniform on the occasion of celebration of the World Environment Day and participated yesterday in city cleaning process here in Kabul.
In Kabul’s Pamir Cinema area, President Ghani appreciated Kabul municipality workers and those youth who gathered on the occasion of celebration of the day. The country’s President while praising the youth for their social move asked all the people to take part in this move. “Our and your life is connecting to each other, if we don’t consider street, all city and country as our home, we cannot be tranquil in our home, President Ghani said, adding the government, civil society and all people to join hands for bringing a cleaning environment.” The country’s President said, “People have not only right but have also responsibilities; therefore, we should fulfill our responsibilities, praising municipality’s workers for their efforts and services.” Representatives of Rangin Kaman social network praised the President for his participation in clearing process of the city.
