Kabul (BNA) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a Statement here yesterday said President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has signed the amendments made to the law on migration and travelling of the foreign citizens to Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
“based on article 64 and 79 of Afghanistan constitution, the amendments to the articles 10, 15, 27 of the law on migration and stay of the foreign citizens in Islamic Republic of Afghanistan which was approved by the cabinet session dated 23rd of August 2017, has been signed by the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan,” the statement added.
Based on the amendments, the Border Police would issue visa on arrival to foreign investors and merchants after the documents reviewed by the staffs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Hamid Karzai International Airport.
