Kabul (BNA) The Afghan and Coalition forces in last 24 hours launching a series clearing operations killed 37 armed insurgents in the several provinces of the country.
Interior Ministry Press Office said BNA, the Afghan and Coalition forces launched cleansing operations for elimination of insurgents in the relevant areas of Jouzjan, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Logar, Ghazni, Paktia and Helmand provinces, as a result of which 37 insurgents were killed, 4 wounded and 17 others were arrested.
In these operations, 30 Kalashnikovs, 5 PK machine guns, 6 rocket launchers, 32 kg of narcotics, 2 motorbikes and a vehicle were seized.
