Shaberghan City (BNA) Three men were arrested accused of planting mines by Afghan security forces in northern Jawzjan province.
Col. Rahmatullah Turkistani security commander of Jawzjan told BNA reporter, the persons wanted to plant mines on way of Afghan security forces in the district, which before reaching to their evil goals detained by security forces.
Turkistani asked Jawzjan people to cooperate with Afghan security forces and take part in ensuring peace and stability in the region.
Meanwhile, two days ago a round of road side mine had been discovered and defused by Afghan security forces in Sar-e-Pul-Shaberghan highway.
