KANDAHAR (BNA) Local officials of the Kandahar Police say that a child has been rescued from grip of abductors in the center of that province.
The police spokesman of Kandahar, Hafiz Sabeer, told Bakhtar News Agency that the security forces rescued a child named Zabihullah from the grip of kidnappers in the 8th police district of the center.
He said that the kidnappers demanded 70,000 US dollars from the child’s family.
According to him, one person has been arrested on charge with this case, who is currently under police investigation.
