Kabul (BNA) The national defense ministry reported from killing of 98 armed oppositions during several clearing operations of security and defense forces in parts of the country.
According to national defense ministry press office to BNA, the defense and security forces with support of air forces in the last 24 hours conducting clearing operations in various parts of Ghazni, Urozgan, Logar, Maidan-Wardak, Farah, Nangarhar, Badghis and Helmand provinces killed 98 armed insurgents, wounded four and detained 7 others.
Numerous of heavy and light weapons were also seized in the operations.
