Poor Stratum Not Invested On In Last 15 Years, President Ghani

Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has said nothing has been still done for the poor classes of the society in the last 15 years, and emphasized that they should be invested on, to send them to China and India for more professional trainings, BNA said Monday.
In the meeting of the High Human Resources Council, he said basic changes should be brought in the human resources and added the council to continually work on, said the agency.
Professional high schools should be, hereinafter, led by the professional principles next year in which special budget would be allocated for, according to the agency. Emphasizing on the professionalization of the state-ran institutions, the president said, in the absence of the professional forces, up to 60,000 foreign workers are engaged in work in Afghanistan, the agency further said. The president also said the private sector needs professional human force cadres and the plan would be taken in consultation with this sector timely.
The professional educations system, which is with long background, should also be professionalized and brought new changes, emphasized the president.
