Herat (BNA) Head of Taliban’s military commission for Gulran District was arrested by national police forces.
A security source of Herat province told BNA, Mullah Sadam was arrested by police forces in Dash-e-Charso, between Kohsan and Ghyran district.
The armed Taliban has martyred more than thirty security and police forces over the past years, and has been involved in many killings and assassinations inside Herat city.
