Kabul (BNA) The outgoing second vice president Mohammad Karim Khalili has praised the services of the brigade for providing security services the government functionaries and thanked them, BNA reported. In meeting with officials from the body, Khalili said since ensuring security for the direction, the functionaries used to drive was an important task during harsh winter and hot summer and during Ramadan, therefore “I am thankful for you and also apologizing you.” The second vice president also apologized for the people who had faced problems during passing his motorcade on the roads in Kabul city. In his speech the head of brigade for providing security to high-ranking officials said the personnel of the brigade had discharged their duty as their responsibility with the objective to serve the people and the government. According to another report, the commander of infantry forces along with some high-ranking military officers also called on Khalili and thanked him for his support to the national security forces particularly the national army.
