Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) Taliban militants have torched a military base in Baghlan province the night before last.
A group of armed oppositions assault on a military base known as Mojahid and set on fire it in Jarkhoshk region, Baghlan Qadeem district of the province.
Eye witnesses say, Afghan security forces withdrawal the military base few days ago.
Gen. Burhanuddin Zahid in-charge of public order police in the province in a telephone contact told BNA reporter, the militants with spread fairs from away have torched the military base.
He added, according to military officials’ decision Mujahid military base due to ineffectiveness leaving by Afghan security forces few days ago.
