Jalalabad (BNA) A large shipment of Taliban weapons was seized in Nangarhar.
Thousands kilograms of explosives and ammunition for light and heavy weapons were seized from the shipment.
Ataullah Khogyani, spokesman for the governor of Nangarhar told BNA that the explosives and weapons were to be used in terrorist attacks.
According to reports, explosive-laden barrels and projectiles of light and heavy weapons were embedded in a truck.
A man has been arrested in connection with this shipment of weapons.
