Kabul (BNA) In the conference held on “Role of vulnerable segments and war victims in Peace process” was organized by Human Rights and Democracy, here yesterday.
The conference attended by more than 70 people represented the war victims’ families and vulnerable segments form several provinces including Kabul, Basharat the head of Human Rights and Democracy in his speech said that overlooking the war victim’s families had negative impacts on the peace efforts and widening the distance between the government and citizens.
Other speakers including Abdul Rashid Malikzai of Nangarhar called on government to find ways for ending the suffering of Afghans.
