Kabul (BNA) Minister of Foreign Affairs Salahuddin Rabbani met with UNAMA Chief Tadamichi Yamamoto here in his office yesterday, a MoFA statement said.
Both sides discussed peace process and presidential election, the statement added.
According to another report, deputy foreign minister for Political Affairs, Idrees Zaman met with the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Kabul Zahed Nasrullah Khan.
The two sides discussed some of the bilateral issues and recent developments of relevance for the two countries. On regional dynamics, Ambassador Khan briefed Deputy Minister Zaman on Pakistan’s Prime Minister’s recent visit to Iran.
