Mamoud Raqi (BNA) Following a special operation conducted by National Security Directorate (NSD) personnel in Kapisa province, Hazar Gul a suicide attacker arrested in Karataz region, Mamoud Raqi city center of Kapisa and prevented from a bloody incident in the province, a source of NSD stated BNA.
A suicide vest, 2 Kalashnikovs, a pistol, 7 grenades, 12 kilograms explosive materials and some heavy and light weapons have been discovered and seized from the suspect, the source added.
According to the source, Hazar Gul wanted to carry out suicide attack, but the exact location that he wanted to carry out the attack was not clear.
