Taliqan (BNA) Two persons accused of narcotic drug smuggling arrested by police personnel of Takhar province.
Sonatullah Timor spokesman of Takhar acting governor told BNA, the persons arrested by counter-narcotic officials of security command in Taliqan city the provincial capital of Takhar province, while they skillfully placed four kilograms drugs “Heroin” in a vehicle type of Kamaz and wanted to smuggle it from Taliqan city to Kabul.
Security officials in Takhar province say, in the current year dozens people arrested accused of transferring and trafficking of 100 kilograms narcotic drugs in center and several districts of the province.
The files of the smugglers for further investigations and judgment submitted to judicial organs, source added.
