Kandahar (BNA) An armed man was shooting on Afghan National Police patrol, in which a policeman was martyred and a civilian wounded in Kandahar province.
Zia Durani spokesman of police chief in Kandahar said BNA, the incident took place, while an armed person with pistol shooting on policemen’s petrol in Kocha Karwan region, fourth security zone of Kandahar city.
A policeman was martyred and a civilian was wounded, but the attacker was killed by another policeman as well, source added.
Guerilla attacks and mysterious martyrs mostly occurred in Kandahar province, which Afghan security forces and security officials killed or injured due to the incidents.
Last week also two motorcyclists shooting on National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel, as a result a NDS staff was wounded.
The attackers wanted to flee the site, but one of them was killed and another was injured by National Directorate Security.
