Kabul (BNA) Five local up-rising forces supporting government lost their lives following Taliban attack in Baharak district, northern Takhar province the night before last.
Khalil Aseer spokesman of Takhar police said, Taliban fighters launched attack on local up-rising forces’ checkpoint in Jar Qeshlaq region Baharak district of the province, as a result five up-risers lost their lives and three more were wounded.
Taliban also sustained losses, but the exact number is not clear, Aseer added.
