Kabul (BNA) Ayatullah Sayed Jawad Shahristani, the special envoy of Ayatullah Al-Uzma Sayed Ali Hussaini Sistani called on the Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh here the other day.
Leading a 20 member delegation including some lawmakers and university professors, Shahristani said that he would visit different parts of the country to get knowledge of the problems of people and would take the demands of Afghans to Ayatullah Sistani.
Welcoming the delegation, the vice president Danesh said that the cleric Ayatullah Sistani which lives in Najaf of Iraq is widely respected among the Muslims worldwide and his services for getting unity of Muslims and unity of Muslim world are laudable.
