Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) An explosion took place yesterday evening in Mazar-e-Sharif city central Balkh.
Balkh police spokesman Adel Shah Adel said, two civilians were injured in the blast.
The bomber struck in front of a stadium in the northern city of Mazar-e-Sharif, he said.
The Balkh Public Health Department says five people injured in the blast, including a woman, have been taken to hospital.
