Maimana (BNA) Eight Taliban militants were killed by police in Faryab province last night.
Police spokesman of Faryab told BNA, armed Taliban stormed on police checkpoints in Doulatabad district, in resistance of police forces, eight insurgents were killed and three others were wounded.
According to the source, during clash, a public order police was martyred and two others were injured.
