Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai in a decree approved Afghan nationality for three Iranians members of a single family.
The decree of the Presidential Office in accordance with the provision of Phrase 1 article 40 of the law on nationality of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and considering the resolution no 301 dated 21 Dalwa of current year of the commission assessing nationality affairs of Afghanistan, the President approved the Afghani nationality of three members of a family including Saadi (Khalidi) s/o Wali grandson of Mohammad, Tuaiba d/o Ahmad granddaughter of Aziz mother of Saadi residents of city of Kurdistan of the Islamic Republic of Iran for reasons of their migration and 13 years of stay in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
The decree asks the ministries of interior affairs and foreign affairs and other related organs to implement this decree.
