PAKTIA (BNA) Mawlawi Muhammad Yaqoob Mujahid, Acting Minister of National Defense visited Paktia Province as part of his internal visits, on Wednesday.
The acting National Defense Minister Mujahid, while accompanied by his commanders visited the border posts along the Durand Line in the Zazai Aryub district of Paktia late on Wednesday.
During his visit, he listened to border soldiers’ suggestions and problems, according to the Ministry statement.
Mujahid praised the services and activities of the said forces gave necessary directions to solve their problems, and rewarded them with cash gifts.
Lately, the Acting National Defense Minister Mujahid visited Kandahar, Panjsher, Nangarhar, and Bamyan provinces as part of his internal trips.
