KABUL (BNA): The technical team of the Ministry of National Defense has repaired more than a thousand military vehicles and light and heavy weapons, a statement from the ministry said Tuesday.
According to the statement, these vehicles and weaponry had been fixed following the efforts of professional staff and technical engineers of 209 Al-Fath Corps.
The reinstated vehicles include 1,919 Ranger pickups, 186 Humvees, 71 International trucks, 17 tankers and other vehicles, as well as 475 various types of light and heavy weapons.
According to the officials of the 209 Al-Fath Army Corps, these repaired vehicles have been preserved and are now ready for use.
