Kabul (BNA) In line with Presidential Decree, Shah Hussain Murtazawi and Dawa Khan Minapal have been appointed as deputies to the office of the spokesman of president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, a statement released by Presidential Palace here yesterday said. Murtazawi is a graduate of university on Law and international relations, had served as editor in chief of the newspaper the Daily Asht-e-Subh and Minpal, a graduate of law and political science had worked as journalist for radio liberty, head of the department of information and culture of Kandahar and acting director of public library here in Kabul.
