Balkh (BNA) 20 Taliban rebels were arrested in a military operation in Balkh province yesterday.
This operation launched in the outskirts of Chamtal district by Afghan and NATO forces, a source of the national security of Balkh said to BNA.
In this operation 20 armed Taliban have been arrested.
Meanwhile, several other rebels were arrested with their arms as well.
According to the source, these Taliban fighters were involved in recent insecurity in Chamtal district.
