
KABUL (BNA): Mawlavi Jamal, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce, recently held a meeting with a delegation of Iranian industrialists and businessmen. During the meeting, he emphasized the importance of commercial relations between Iran and Afghanistan.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Mawlavi Jamal asserted that politics should not affect trade between countries. He stressed that trade transactions should always remain functional and normal.
The Iranian delegation, led by Mr. Saqi, expressed interest in investing in Afghanistan and expanding trade relations between the two neighboring countries.
Mr. Saqi also expressed satisfaction with the investment facilities available in Afghanistan, which he sees as a country offering new opportunities in the industrial sector.
