Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai is expected to visit Iran on Sunday August 4 to participate in the sworn in ceremony of Dr. Hassan Ruhani, the elected Iranian President, Bakhtar News Agency said.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs will accompany President Karzai in his visit to Iran, accordance to the agency.
Both countries enjoyed close relations of cooperation in the past one decade in all dimensions of bilateral ties and further expansion of relations of cooperation especially in trade and economy between the two countries and the regional level are main priority of both countries, the Agency said.
