KABUL (BNA): The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, met with national businessman Sayed Karim Hashemi and requested domestic and foreign businessmen and investors to invest in Afghanistan and contribute to the development of the country.
Sayed Karim Hashemi expressed his satisfaction with the nationwide security in Afghanistan and the availability of business and investment opportunities. He added that the establishment of the Islamic Emirate has provided necessary facilities for businessmen and investors, causing them to turn to Afghanistan and contribute to its economic growth.
In a separate meeting with national trader Haji Khalil Zadran and other businesspeople, Haji Khalil Zadran said that ensuring personal and financial security is the most important issue for businessmen and investors. Fortunately, the Islamic Emirate has provided security for them and their capital, encouraging them to invest in the country.
The traders requested that officials of the Islamic Emirate pay special attention to the transportation of commercial property and improvement of transportation routes.
Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi considered businessmen and investors as main contributors to the development and progress of society.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that the Islamic Emirate has provided investment grounds for domestic and foreign investors in various sectors. He asked national and foreign businessmen to take advantage of this opportunity and invest in Afghanistan.
