KABUL (BNA) The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, met with the former Minister of Finance in the Ex-government, Dr. Hazrat Omar Zakhilwal, at the Sapedar Palace on Tuesday.
In a meeting, with deputy Prime Minister Kabir, Dr. Zakhilwal affirmed his contentment with the overall security situation in Afghanistan, shared his opinions, and reaffirmed his support and cooperation with the Islamic Emirate, a statement by Arg said.
During the meeting, the deputy Prime Minister, accentuated the need to bolster unity among Afghans, saying that now there is room for all individual figures and ethnic communities in Afghanistan to live in brotherhood and peace, added the statement.
He added that the Islamic Emirate strives for lasting security, stability, and justice in Afghanistan.
Dr. Hazrat Omar Zakhiwal is an Afghan politician who decided to stay in the county after the collapse of the Ex-government, he previously severed as the Minister of Finance, and Ambassador to Pakistan, and he has been played a key role in the Afghan intra-peace dialogues.
