KABUL (BNA) Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir met with a number of Paktia’s tribal elders and influential figures here at Sapidar Palace, his office said in a statement the other day.
