Deputy PM Meets Governor, Mujahidin of Sar-e-Pul’s Sayad District

KABUL (BNA): In a meeting with the governor and Mujahideen of Sar-e-Pul province’s Sayad district, Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs stressed that Islamic Emirate officials at all levels should work for the public’s prosperity and well-being.

According to a statement issued by his office, Islamic Emirate Deputy Prime Minister Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi met with Governor Mullah Shir Mohammad Ghazanfar and a group of Mujahideen from Sayad District in Sar-e-Pul province.

During the meeting, Mullah Shir Muhammad Ghazanfar spoke on behalf of other provincial authorities regarding the social, security, and economic situation of the people, particularly the district’s Mujahideen.

Mr. Ghazanfar also emphasized the people’s difficulties in the fields of health and education and requested that Islamic Emirate leaders pay special attention to them. He also requested action to construct water dams, which are necessary for power generating and supplying irrigation water to local farmers.

Sayad district chief, who was also present at the meeting, praised Mujahidin’s efforts to ensure stable security in the district, stating that residents no longer have any safety fears, as they did during previous wars.

The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs complimented the efforts of Sayad District Governor and Mujahideen in serving the people and stated that Islamic Emirate officials at all levels should work for the prosperity and well-being of the citizens of the nation.

People’s access to healthcare, education, and training, as well as asphalted roads, he said, are basic rights, and the Islamic Emirate is using all of its resources to address people’s concerns.
