Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, in a meeting discussed issues on how to exploit the Ainak Copper Mine, the Presidential Office said in a statement the other day.
At the meeting which was attended by the Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Advisor to the National Security Council, Head of the High Presidential Office and the specialists of the Ainak Copper Mine, the sent delegation shared report about its work in this field, the statement added.
After comprehensive discussion, the report was not accepted by the participants and the president instructed the delegation to visit the area again with a clear plan to how preserve the Ainak Copper Mine historical area and how to exploit the mine and after precious investigation share its report with the High Presidential Office, the statement said.
