Kabul (BNA) Head of Education Ministry Dr. Mohammad Mirwais Balkhi and General Director of Education Foundation of Turkey inaugurated the Afghan-Turk Elementary school in Kabul.
According to BNA report, in inaugural ceremony of the school, Dr. Balkhi appreciates Turkey’s cooperation with its education, and describes it as a friend and colleague of Afghan children education.
Head of Turkish Education Foundation also expressed readiness to cooperate more with Afghan education.
It is worth mentioning that, the school was built at the cost of $ 200,000, and has the capacity to provide education to 288 students.
