Khalili Meets Paktia Elders

Kabul (BNA) A number of influential, cultural figures and elders of Paktia met yesterday with Second Vice President, Mohammad Karim Khalili.
At the meeting attended also by a number of members of Khost’s tribal council, the participants first praised Afghanistan government in particular Second Vice President for works in the past 13 years, stressing on consolidation of unity and solidarity amongst the people of Afghanistan.
The participants’ also condemned audio file released recently by electoral team of Reforms and Convergence and while considering the file as fake called the step against law and moral values.
Elders and influential figures of Paktia while expressing happiness over developments and achievements of the government in the past 13 years insisted on particular consideration of relevant organs related to maintaining needs of people in various sections particularly construction of transit route connecting to Karachi city of Pakistan, complaining of inconspicuous participation of Paktia residents in government institutions.
They also pointed out related to role of the people of Paktia towards cooperation and coordination with government, stressing that particular consideration should be taken to balance of tribes and areas’ participation in the future government’s institutions.
Following, Second Vice President, Mohammad Karim Khalili praised the people and elders of Paktia for expressing their feelings and declaration of hatred related to recent step of electoral team of Reforms and Convergence releasing audio file of Mohammad Karim Khalili, considering cooperation and coordination of the people of Paktia with government in the past 13 years as good.
