NUG Leaders Should Exercise Commitments

Kabul (BNA) Conference for following national unity government’s commitments in connection with standardization of national radio and television and Bakhtar news agency was held yesterday by Culture and Civil Society Foundation in Kabul.
In the conference, head of the foundation Timor Shah Hakimyar spoke and said, “One of specialties of democracy is to institutionalize the society’s trusts by continued cultural efforts and strengthening of citizenship’s feeling. Head of national radio and television Mohammad Zarin Inzor spoke related to changers brought in various sections and programs of the TV said national television as a national media has continually tried to consent of the people by offering various programs.
In the conference, deputy of BNA Mari Nabard Ayeen spoke and criticized that Bakhtar news agency, which was the only national agency, was forgetting and said, “Despite the fact that NUG leaders know BNA has always worked for implementation of the government’s programs, decisions, strengthening of national interests, national unity and consolidation of sovereignty, but no attention has been paid to this agency and problems of its journalists have been addressed so far.”
National radio director Lima Ahmadzai also spoke in the conference and said that national radio had various programs in 33 provinces of the country, adding that further attention would be paid for expansion and better quality of its programs in future.
