Jalalabad (BNA) A man has been detained with consignment of narcotic drug in Nangarhar province this morning.
The man was arrested from Kabul-Jalalabad highway.
Security source of Nangarhar told BNA, 23 kg of heroin were seized from the man.
He further added, the man using a vehicle wanted to smuggle the narcotic drug to Marko bazaar.
