Kabul (BNA) Security forces succeeded to discover storage of narcotic drugs in Balkh province the other day.
Two women and a man have been arrested accused of the case.
The storage of the narcotic drugs loading from Badakhshan and the smugglers wanted to transfer to Mazar-e-Sharif, discovered by security forces in a security belt in Mazar-e-Sharif.
Gen. Abdul Rahman Rahimi police chief of Balkh told BNA reporter, 40 kg narcotic drugs discovered from the storage.
Rahimi confirmed that the two women and a man arrested accused of the case.
According to the figures provided from the beginning of the current year security forces discovered and seized one-half ton narcotic drugs in Balkh province.
Police chief of Balkh province says, 135 smugglers arrested accused of smuggling and transferring of the drugs.
