“Democracy, Freedom of Speech Biggest Achievement of Government” Khalili

Kabul (BNA): The High Ranking Parliamentary Delegation of Indonesia led by Deputy Chairman of National Assembly of that country, met Mohammad Karim Khalili the Second Vice-President and discussed the further expansion of relations between the two nations.
Talking at the meeting Ahmad Farhan Hamid Deputy Speaker of Indonesian Parliament considered the presence of that countries’ delegation in Afghanistan an indicator of concrete friendship between the two nations, he expressed hope, the visit of the delegation could further consolidate ties between the two countries.
Emphasizing on the need for further expansion of parliamentary cooperation between the two nations, he added that relations between the two nations sho

 

uld consolidate towards progress of the two nations in different spheres.
Touching on the cooperation of his country in terms of training, higher education and supporting Afghan police stressed that this cooperation could also expand in other dimensions as well.
At the meeting Khalili called relations between the two nations historic and friendly.
He said that one of the biggest achievements of the government of Afghanistan in the past years has been restoration of democracy and freedom of speech in the country and expressed hope using the experiences of Indonesian could further strengthen democracy and cause progress in Afghanistan.
He also touching on the opportunities for investment of Indonesian investors in government and private sector in Afghanistan said that the two nations are enjoying good capacities in economy and trade sectors and he hoped using these opportunities the ties between the countries further consolidate.
