Sixty-Four Taliban Militants Killed In Afghan Operations

Kabul (BNA) At least 64 Taliban militants including 10 foreign nations were killed following clearing operations conducted by National army forces in different parts of the country.
Ministry of National Defense press office told BNA, National army forces aiming to ensure peace and stability conducted several clearing operations in relevant areas of Kunar, Nuristan, Kabul, Ghoor, Helmand and Kunduz provinces, in which 64 armed oppositions including 10 foreign nations were killed.
According to the source, seven Taliban militants were also arrested and confiscated various types of weapons with ammunitions and 100 kg explosive materials at the end of the operations.
Also dozens of armed insurgents affiliated to Taliban group were wounded and seven others have been arrested in the operation.
