Herat (BNA) A judge with his bodyguard was killed by unknown men in Herat province today.
The incident occurred in Khokrod region, Angeel district when motorcyclist gun men shot dead Abdul Lateef judge of the court in Kerkh district of the province.
Abdul Raof Ahmadi police spokesman of Herat said BNA, in this attack, Abdul Lateef judge of the court with his bodyguard martyred.
Eyewitness said that Abdul Lateef was going from Angeel district to Herat province came under attack by gunmen and killed.
So far, the identity of the attackers had not clear, but residents of the site blamed Taliban for the attack.
Security officials of Herat said that investigation have been started to identify and arrest the perpetrators of the incident.
