Dozens of National, International Institutions are Operate in Kunduz

KUNDUZ (BNA) Local officials of the Kunduz Economy Department on Tuesday said dozens of associates national and international institutions operating in the province.

Head of Kunduz Economy office Din Ghulam Osama, told BNA that with the advent of the Islamic Emirate, about 50 national and international institutions are operating in the sectors of health, education, and humanitarian aid in Kunduz.

The field of activity has been facilitated for partner institutions in various sectors, and the officials of the Islamic Emirate are always trying to establish better conditions for donor institutions, He added.

According to him, these institutions are not only operating in the sectors of health, education, and humanitarian aid but also, assist implementation of development projects in the province.

The Coar institution is currently building classrooms in different parts of Kunduz city within the framework of the Department of Education, and the implementation of the project has created employment opportunities for dozens of young people, he added.

Osama said that more than 90 projects in the sectors of health, education, and humanitarian aid are currently underway by the mentioned institutions, and with the implementation of these projects, hundreds of jobs have been created.

Coar Institution is working on a project in the center and districts of Kunduz that will provide employment opportunities for 2,000 young people.

Kunduz economy head urges companies to support completing development projects which remains incomplete since the collapse of the former government.
