Kabul (BNA) president’s special representative for reforms and good governance yesterday met a number of the elders, provincial council members, athletes and university lecturers from Herat, Baghlan, Kandahar, Nimroz and Parwan provinces.
The elders of Baghlan province shared their problems with Massoud, calling important there. The elders appreciated the head of social council in the province for his efforts in ensuring security and presented their suggestions to the presidential senior advisor and asked for transparency in the appointing of the district chiefs. Parwan university chancellor thanked Massoud for his attention on the improvement of the university, saying that the expansion and standardizing of the university was necessary for the people. Massoud said that the government would make efforts for bet ter services to the people. Elsewhere, Massoud met the officials of Ariana airlines, discussing their problems. He also met Chinese ambassador to Kabul and talked on the bilateral relationships between Kabul and Beijing.
