Taliban’s Group Attack Failed In Kunar

Kabul (BNA) Armed Taliban’s group attack on security posts failed in Nari district of Kunar province today.
Gen. Abdul Habib Sayedkhail police chief of Kunar told BNA, a group of armed Taliban attacked on security posts of local police and national army in some parts of Nari district, faced stiff resistance of Afghan security forces.
According to the source, in the clash 8 armed Taliban were killed and 12 others wounded.
He further said, during the clash a national army soldier was martyred and 4 others wounded.
Afghan security forces reaction caused armed Taliban to flee on mountains.
So far the situation is normal now.
