Protecting Cultural Heritages, The Duty Of All People

Kabul (BNA) A special course on protection of cultural heritages attended by professional staff of Ministry of Information and Culture ended the other day.
In a ceremony which was held in this regard Sayed Musadiq Khalili, cultural deputy minister of information and culture spoke related to protection of cultural of heritages and role of professional employees in this regard and said, “As Afghanistan experienced various civilizations in its land and suffered complete devastation, there are still a number of historic and old sites in and around this land, which tell about historic and cultural identification of this country.
“Khalili while considering protection of ancient and historical monuments as the duty of every individual of the country added there are 1400 historical monuments which are under threat; their protection requires professional people and equipment.
Therefore, to meet that goal conducting such courses is a need.
