Khalili Meets Turkmen Elders

Kabul (BNA) The council of Turkmen people met Mohammad Karim Khalili, Second vice president and shared their problems with him.
The elders noted inadequate share of Turkmen tribe in government organs and non-attention of the related organs for expansion and development in the Turkmen regions.
They said that during the past one decade a considerable number of the Turkmen youth have attained rich experience in different spheres but no attention has been paid for employment of them at the government organs.
They also complained over shortage of potable water, irrigation water, shortage of schools and professional teachers, health clinics and non-access to electricity in their living areas.
They also complained over water rise in the banks of Oxus and insecurity in four Andkhoi city precincts, asked the number of security forces to be increased in that areas.
They also asked government attention towards carpet industry in terms of further investments of the government and creation of other needed facilities.
Khlili praised the performances of the Turkmen people council in creating of solidarity and added that the new era is a good opportunity for development and expansion in different spheres and assured them that their problems will be addressed by the related government organs.
