Friday April 13, 2018 Kabul (BNA) Three narcotic drug smugglers including two women were arrested by Afghan security personnel in northern Takhar province. The smugglers wanted to transfer 7 kg narcotic drug type of heroin from Badakhashan province to Takhar, which were arrested along with the narcotic drug from relevant areas of Taliqan city the provincial capital of Takhar province. Abdul Khalil Aseer spokesman of police chief in Takhar said BNA correspondent, the smugglers skillfully were placed the narcotic drug in a corolla car. The arrested smugglers in their primary investigation confessed to that they were involved in several cases of narcotic drug trafficking. T/M.A.Ansari
