Kabul (BNA) At least 26 armed oppositions were killed during joint mopping-up operations led by Afghan National Army (ANA) across the country.
Ministry of National Defense press office stated BNA, the clearing operations conducted aiming to people lives protections and annihilate of armed rebels in relevant areas of Nangarhar, Urozgan, Farah, Helmand and Kunduz provinces, in which 14 militants were killed, 14 wounded and 13 others accused of terrorist activities were arrested.
Some weapons, heavy ammunitions, military mobilizations and dozens round of anti-vehicle mines have been discovered and neutralized during the operations.
